WHOLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL FUN RUN
Our primary goal is always to hold a full school community event on your school grounds. But during COVID-19 that’s not always possible. That’s why we have a Plan B, C and D to ensure your school fundraising success no matter the restrictions.
PLAN B
SCHOOL ONLY FUN RUN
School Fun Run uses the power of Online Fundraising, which means there is no requirement for kids to collect ‘cash’ donations; which keeps your students out of the public. Plus, with student/staff only events, we can also keep the public out of your school. With these workarounds, we achieve two outcomes (1) kids out of the public and (2) the public out of your school… means you’re compliant with most COVID restrictions.
PLAN C
YEAR LEVEL / BUBBLE SCHOOL FUN RUN
If whole school events are banned, like they were in Victoria during Term 3 2020, you can host this school fundraising idea in your allocated ‘bubbles’ or during existing Health & Physical Education Classes - Too Easy! Lindfield Public School did this and they raised over $90,000 during COVID.

REMOTE LEARNING FUN RUN
If things get that bad that we find ourselves back to remote learning in full lock-down, we can accommodate for that too.
Remote learning during the fundraising phase…
Remote learning is a challenge for any school, but it can be particularly disheartening for schools in the middle of a fundraiser.
What we’ve found however is that a fundraiser can be an ideal way to keep school spirit alive while your community is apart. Click here to view the experience of Nicolls Point Primary. Annie led their fundraising while the school was remote learning in 2020. They raised $38,197 and the community was really engaged with the whole process.
Remote learning when Fun Run is meant to happen…
You have two options if your students are remote learning when your School Fun Run is meant to take place.
Your first option is to use our Virtual School Fun Run. Your students watch our digital fun run video and follow along at home. We have one version for kids with a backyard and another version for kids who live in units. Our Virtual Fun Runs are narrated by 4x Olympic runner Craig Mottram and his family.
The second option is to simply reschedule your School Fun Run event until students are back on campus.

100%! School Fun Run comes with contact-free fundraising options. All money is raised through our FREE online fundraising platform. Your families can easily accept donations online which means no students out in the public collecting cash.
Can we reschedule our fundraiser?
Yes, you can reschedule your School Fun Run with ease at no cost. You can change your fundraising period, your event date and/or the delivery date for incentive prizes. Its super flexible to mee your needs.
Is there a cancellation fee?
